Registration Information

Please read instructions below prior to registering. 
Dentists, dental team, guests and family are invited to register. Any type of business or vendor is only allowed to attend as a paid  exhibitor. All registration fees increase by $50 after April 1, 2023. Registration fees include all CE courses (except CPR & Hands-On), access to the exhibit hall, exhibit hall events/ refreshments and yoga on the beach. Social  events are an additional fee. All CE courses (except for CPR and Hands-On courses) will  be recorded on-site and available virtually after Annual Session. For an additional $50,  attendees have virtual access to all the CE courses  until July 31, 2023.  Please note that courses offered by Dr. Randy Huffines will not be available virtually. 
Registration Information: 
1. NCDS Member Dentists must enter their American Dental Association membership number. If you don't know your ADA number please contact Ryan Couch at or call 919-234-4020.
2. Each attendee (with the exception of guests, spouses and children) requires a unique email and cell phone number.  This is to ensure CE Verification forms are able to be retrieved by each attendee. Please have each individual's email and cell phone number  ready before registering multiple attendees.
3. The NCDS accepts Visa, Discover and Master Card. We do not accept AMEX.
4. Spouses and children (age 12 and under) of dentists and dental students may register at no charge. Non-dentist spouses, and children must register separately as a paid guest. Attendees registered as a spouses or guest are not eligible for CE credit.  
5. Pay an extra $50 to access the library of recorded courses from Annual Session, post-show. On-demand CE courses will be available until July 31, 2023. House of Delegate members receive the virtual access at no charge.  Please contact Prissy Allen for the promo code - 
6. Attendees do not need to register for specific continuing education classes unless there is an additional fee (CPR courses, hands-on courses). All classes that are not an additional fee are open to all attendees. Seats are limited to first come, first serve.

9. Cancellations must be received in writing to prior to May 1, 2023 to receive a refund. A $25 service charge will be deducted from all refunds. Only medical emergencies will receive a refund after May 1, 2023.
