2024 Exhibitor Kit

Thank you for registering for the NCDS 167th Annual Session! An attendee list will be emailed out on May 1st. Please note that it may not include a complete listing, as attendees have the option to opt out. Below, you'll find essential information for registered exhibitors:

  1. Show Location & Hours:  The show is located in Kensington Ballroom in Embassy Suites, Kingston Resorts in Myrlte Beach, SC. The address is 9800 Queensway Blvd, Myrlte Beach, SC
    • Wednesday, May 15th: Setup from 2 pm to 7 pm.
    • Thursday, May 16th: Setup 8am - 11am, show hours are from 11:30 am to 5 pm.
    • Friday, May 17th: Show hours are from 8 am to 3 pm (breakdown begins at 3 pm; please do not dismantle your booth early).
    • Saturday, May 18th: SHOW CLOSED
  2. Booth Assignment:  Booth assignments are listed on the Exhibitor Page for your reference.  Please refer to the updated floor map for your booth number. Every effort was made to assign one of your first 3 booth choices. If you did not receive your first 3, the booth is as close as possible. If you did not get the level you paid for, a refund will be submitted to the credit card used for payment. 
  3. Convention Makers Exhibitor Service Kit (PDF Format):
    • Includes FAQ Sheet, Freight Service Form, Shipping Labels, and Additional Equipment Order Form.
    • Important: Ship inbound and outbound items exclusively through Convention Makers. Freight is due by May 8th. Delivery times are from 9 am to 4:30 pm, Monday to Friday, excluding holidays. DO NOT ship materials directly to Kingston Resorts. Your booth includes 2 chairs and 1 table. If you require raised chairs or a raised table, please order them for an additional fee. Kindly refrain from taking high-back chairs from other booths or the registration area. They must be ordered and paid for directly through Convention Makers.
  4. Name Badges:
    • A separate email containing a specialized link to the Exhibitor Portal will be sent to the administrator that registered your company.  This portal is exclusively for your company's use. Only the administrator who registered you for the show can submit name badges unless they add representatives to the portal for self-registration. 
  5. Lead Retrieval (Download PDF with more information):
    • Looking to purchase lead retrieval licenses? This can be done through the Exhibitor Portal. Enhance your experience at the NCDS 167th Annual Session with our easy-to-use lead retrieval tool. We've partnered with Cvent to provide lead retrieval services through their LeadCapture product. Your support at our event is greatly appreciated, and this tool will help you track the impact of attending our Conference.
  6. Silent Auction Donation:
    • The NCDS Foundation is hosting an online silent auction during the Annual Session and still requires donations. Your company will be listed as a sponsor onsite at the Auction table and online. You can donate a product, service (no coupons, please), or a fun item like wine, whiskey, concert tickets, sports tickets, or a vacation home rental. Visit this link to donate an item. If you don't have an item, we can purchase gift cards on your behalf for Airbnb, Starbucks, Target, or Sephora. Visit this link to purchase gift cards.
  7. NCDS Annual Session App:
    • NCDS will launch the Annual Session App for attendees and exhibitors two weeks before the show. Ensure your profile in the Exhibitor Portal is updated with your logo, web links, and other pertinent information you wish to share. This information will be displayed on the App for attendees to view. Your company will also be pinned on the floor plan in the App for easy booth location.
  8. Exhibit Hall Activities:
    • The Exhibit Hall has several activities planned, including tote bag distribution, coffee breaks, and snacks. On Friday at 11:30 am, attendees will enjoy an International Dessert Bar. A photo booth will also be available throughout the duration of the exhibit hall, attracting attendees.
