  1. Where and when is badge pickup? Badge pickup is at the Embassy Suites Hotel at Kingston Resorts. The hours are as follows:
    • Wednesday: 4pm - 7pm
    • Thursday: 7:30am - 5pm
    • Friday: 7:30am - 5pm
    • Saturday: 8am - 9am
  2. Is there a rate to attend just one day? No, there is one flat rate for all 3 days.
  3. Where is the exhibit hall? The exhibit hall is located in the Kensington Ballroom at Embassy Suites. The hours are:
    • Thursday: 11:30am - 5pm
    • Friday: 8am - 3pm
    • Closed Saturday
  4. Where are the CE Sessions? All CE sessions are held at Embassy Suites and Brighton Tower, located next door to Embassy Suites.
  5. Is there an app for the Annual Session? Yes! The app will soon be available for download prior to the meeting. With it, you can plan your schedule, explore exhibitor lists and booth locations, and navigate through the interactive property map to easily find your way around 
  6. How do I find my way around the property? There will be maps in the registration area, exhibit hall and an interactive map on the meeting App. 
  7. Can I walk to the Embassy Suites from the Hilton? Yes, there is an oceanfront boardwalk that connects the Hilton, all oceanfront condo towers, and Embassy Suites.
  8. Is there parking if I am staying off-site? Yes, you can park in the Embassy Suites or Brighton Tower lot. There is also parking available under the Embassy Suites.
  9. How do we earn CE credit? You must use the scanners outside each CE course to scan the QR code on your badge. CE forms will be emailed on June 1.
10. What does my registration fee include? Your registration fee includes all CE courses (unless otherwise indicated with an additional fee), access to the exhibit hall, exhibit hall refreshments, and yoga on the beach.
11. Is there transportation at Kingston Resorts? The Kingston shuttle runs until 10pm each night and will take all guests in the resort within a 2-mile radius in Myrtle Beach. Please see the front desk for the shuttle map and schedule.
12. Can I attend a different CE course than the one I registered for? Yes, you can attend any course you would like to attend.
13. Where is the Friday Night International Festival? The festival will take place outside at the Kingston Sports Center, near the entrance of the resort. You can walk or take the Kingston Shuttle.
14. Can I cancel my registration? Cancellations are only accepted prior to May 1, 2024. Email mkbeventsinc@gmail.com.  After May1, refunds are only issues in cases of medical issues.
15. Can I revise my registration? Yes, you can edit your registration by logging into your account. Please refer to your confirmation email.
16. Is there a virtual CE option? Yes, in-person attendees can pay an additional $50 to access the CE courses On Demand after the show. However, hands-on courses and Dr. Gordon Christensen's courses will not be available virtually.
17. Is there a virtual ONLY option if I am unable to attend in person? Yes, we will open a virtual-only registration site post-Annual Session if you are unable to attend in person.
